your personal info:
We only require a minimum of personal information from you, that being your email address. Your email address is only requested so that we can contact you whenever you win in a challenge (1st-place only). Otherwise, we have no interest in collecting anyone's personal data in any other way.
your submitted photos:
No website can prevent others from downloading your photos (there are always workarounds with every prevention system, so don't be fooled by a marketing person's definition of prevention ;)), we can only assure that you always retain full rights to your submitted work, since this website has no plans to use your images for any purpose other than to display them in galleries where you've submitted them to.
This website is not responsible for the content submitted by its members. If you feel that an image contains illegal content, please let us know through email and we will investigate the matter.
This website is also not responsible for an image submitted by a person who is not its author. If such an image is found, please email us and we will take care of it.
your comments:
Commenting on others' photos is appreciated and encouraged. Please note however that the use of profane language will not be tolerated, nor is this website responsible for the language or opinions expressed in those comments.
