Another unexpected visitor from the wildlife community. While he was very noisy and demanding at first, we decided to share a meal.

Not just alive, but bright and intelligent and a good provider.

Thanks, Bill.
To get your URL to show as a link, just copy and paste the link here, and insert (url) (with square brackets instead of the curved ones) at the beginning of the address and (/url) (again, with square brackets) at the end of it. I find that easier than clicking the green link and trying to delete the instructions and paste the link between the two urls.

Thanks all for the kind comments, very much appreciated. Jerry, actually this is a steller's jay. We do not get blue jays and apparently you get the blue jays and not the steller's. The are related and do indeed have similarities. Quite interesting actually and here is a link to both:

Edit: If I could figure out how to have the above show as a link I would do so.

This looks a bit like the bluejays we see here, and sounds like they have other similarities - like the noisiness.
Lovely capture, Bill!

Similar to your previous bird shot and I like them both. I prefer the content in this one but the lighting in the other.

Great sharp shot.

A nice colors but a little bit strange bird eating over the green grass. Very attractive.
