Armed:
Mold 28 cms of diameter.
To divide the mass in halves. To cover the bottom and the wings.
To place the plums and small peaches in the bottom, to add the blueberrys, and finally, the apples together with the sugar. To distribute the stuffed good up to the edges.
With the rest of mass, to stretch and to cover.
Oven moderate (gas) 180 º - 45 minutes or until it is golden.

Refill:
1 kg. of green apples, peeled and cut in cube; 3/4 kg. of plums, peeled and cut in cube; 300 grs. blueberrys; 1/2 kg. of fresh small peaches in cube; 3 spoonfuls of flour 0000 and 1/2 cup of sugar.
To dust with the flour the plums and the small peaches.
To do a compote with the apples (6 minutes microwave) to stop to cool. To reserve even the armed one.

Foot of fresh fruits
Mass:
2 cups of flour, 1/2 cup of sugar, 125 grs. of butter, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoonful powder of baking, grated rind of half a lemon
To mix the dry elements, to add the cold butter cut to knife, to do "crumbs" or humid sand it working with the top of the fingers, avoiding to give youheat, and finally to incorporate the eggs up to arming a mass. To rest in average refrigerator hour before using.

Beautiful in your face (or, in this case mouth - I wish) photography. The white foreground (complete with reflection) and dark background (complete with shadow) are what make this a standout, imo.

I can almost taste this slice. Could be that i have just arrived home & am feeling peckish :-) The dark background does a lot to isolate this great slice.

I like the looks of this cake and I like the shot. Nice lighting!

I've had lots of fruit pies, but never a fresh fruit cake like this. If you could scan the recipe and pop it into the drop box like I did with my cookie shot, I'd appreciate it.

What a simply delicious shot...ready to eat. The colours, fruit centre , crust and icing sugar could not be more perfect. This get's a big thumbs up from me.
