Food for thought... that's a great response to this picture. I'm just not quite moved by this one and I can't figure out why - it maybe that the color of the fruit is affected, although on my less perfect monitor here at work it actually looks better. I applaud you though for trying something different. I like that.

What an interesting effect you have created here. Certainly food for thought.

The minimalist approach served this well: it's nice to see antique without sepia.

Debi, the high ISO performance of the M8 is not the best. Didn't want to run this thru noise reduction...

I have to agree with Rod - it looks like an oil still life but I am getting kind of disturbed by the grain on the fruits.

This is either brilliant or just misses the mark as there's something very intriguing about it or it's very annoying. It's certainly stirring something in me & I'm leaning towards the brilliant.
